Viva La Nails provides professional nail care and beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and related treatments. If you have a medical condition, allergy, infection, or injury that may affect your treatment, you must inform us prior to your appointment. 4. Appointments and Online Bookings
Appointments may be made via our website, online booking platform, phone, or in person. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, safety concerns, late arrival, or unforeseen circumstances. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or cancellation without refund.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Fees are applied to cover reserved time and staff availability.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods via our payment providers. Payment processing may be handled by third-party platforms, and their terms may also apply.
7. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Viva La Nails complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for services that fail to meet consumer guarantees. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once a service has been provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe so we may assess and attempt to resolve the issue.
8. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional offers:

10. Health, Safety, and Hygiene
Viva La Nails maintains strict hygiene and safety standards. Clients must follow salon rules and staff instructions at all times. We may refuse service if a client presents with contagious conditions, open wounds, or infections that pose a health risk.
11. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment. Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, is the property of Viva La Nails or its licensors and is protected under Australian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viva La Nails is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
