Cancellation Policy
Dear Customer, To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Booking fee is NOT REFUNDABLE when no showing, cancellation or rescheduling on the day of your appointment. NO CHILDREN, PETS or FOOD POLICY No permission to bring children, pets or food with you to your session. IMPORTANT: ** we charge cancellation fee of 50% from the service you have cancelled less than 24 hours of your appointment, unless it is an emergency. ** if you have done your nails in other salons, there will be additional charge of $50 for the removal. ** we do not remove acrylic.
